Ballista Build
It says it all in the name really. A great team building game that will make the whole team think and work together to build the Ballista.
Once the ballista has been built then there are a number of challenges that need to be completed by the team in the amount of time specified by the instructor. The more challenges completed means more points for the team.
This team building event can be used as fun or as a tool to review how different team members contribute to the task.
