Hook and Lift team building game
This is a great team building exercise to encourage team communication and team awareness.
All team members bar one will be blindfolded and the non blindfolded team member must then guide the rest of the team to control the various tools to collect as many points as possible.
This team building game is good for increasing leadership ability and growing confidence within the group.
