Sumo Wrestling
Sumo Wrestling is an ideal activity for a family fun day, fete or as a fun activity to take part in.
Participants have to get into the sumo costumes and then belly bounce each out of the fighting circle. The person who does this the best out of 3 wins.
Each “sumo” must wear a helmet and neck protection. The only way to push each other out of the fighting circle is by using their belly, if they try any other method then the instructor will be on hand to disqualify.
