Krypton Factor Team Building Challenge
With the return of the Krypton Factor TV Show Demon Wheelers have put together a team building event called the Krypton Challenge all based on the Krypton Factor of old and new.
On arrival teams will have an introductory briefing from their host who will explain how the event will run. Each team will be given their own Krypton Factor uniform with the team coloured t-shirts (only included in the gold package). The teams must first introduce themselves to each other and then in true cringe worthy Krypton Factor style must introduce themselves to the rest of the teams via the medium of TV.
So as an ice breaker to start the day each team will be given a video camera and will have to film a team introduction within the first ten minutes. Then all the introductions will be shown to the whole group with the instructors marking each one out of 10.
Every activity from then on will be scored out of 10, with 10 being the highest score and 1 being the lowest. The teams will have a clipboard which they must carry round with them to each activity.
Each activity will be based on one of the different categories from the original krypton factor which are:-
- Intelligence
- Observation
- Response
- General Knowledge
- Physical Ability
- Mental Agility
After the video introductions of the teams the instructors will take each team to a different activity.
