R is for Race Nights, Rewards & Rage Buggies

A Rage buggy on a dusty trackOur eighteenth segment of our A to z of Events covers the letter R and R is for….

Rage Buggies

Rage buggies are our most popular motorised activity and we have great fun running them. Voted by BBC Two’s Top Gear as the best off-road vehicle in Series 6 & these 600cc machines pack a punch. It’s easy to see why they are so much fun with them specifically designed for speed and have excellent handling.  We take our Rage buggies all over the UK for events & our instructors will fully explain the controls and then you’ll be off tearing over the ground.

Rewarding your staff is an important part of running a successful business and a happy and content workforce who feel valued for their hard work are far more likely to stay where they are than if they feel undervalued. Ensuring your workforce feel valued by arranging events for them can reduce your staff turnover and improve your teams efficiency and completely off set any initial cost outlay.

The dual benefit if you choose your event wisely is you can gain additional benefits such as improved communication. The good news is we’re here to help you make sure you pick the right event for your business, all you have to do is give us a call on 0114 270 0330 and reap the rewards for your business sooner than later.

Race Nights

Race NightsRace nights are great fun and a chance to gamble some money on the horses without risking your own money. We use our Fun money which we can customise for your company or charity to highlight your business or cause.

It’s not just betting on videoed races either we include some fun races and award bonus prizes for some events. We include theming to set the room off where there is space too. Race nights can be a great way to raise money for your club or charity too and we have run many of these events as charity nights. Call us to hear our ideas how a race night can help your charity earn more money for your cause.

Richard O’Brian

One of the key reasons why the Crystal Maze was as successful as it was in its time was due to the host who was Richard O’Brian for the first three series. We still liked the Crystal Maze once Ed Tudor Pole took over but the game show is always synonymous with Richard O’Brian and his unique sense of style and dress sense.

Every one of our Crystal collection team building events which we designed to be based around the Crystal maze theme comes with our event manager dressed up as Richard O’Brian.

Raft Building

Raft building is a good team building activity providing you have the requisite water to be able to complete the event. Raft building is a time tested activity where teams have to build a raft to be able to cross an expanse of water without falling in. Bonus points are awarded  for how well teams communicate and work as a team, their plan and of course whether the craft floats.

Rodeo Bull

Rodeo bulls are always popular on any event they go on. This fun activity works well on evening events and also is popular on summer fun days. Will you be able to stay on longer than anyone else?

Reverse Steer car

The challenge in this event is to see if you can navigate the course without being able to see and only your team mates to help direct you. Sounds simple doesn’t it? Well we don’t allow anyone to use the words left or right and we will give you a theme your code words for left and right must be from.
