Where is Newcastle?

Newcastle is located in the North-east of England close by Sunderland, Durham, Middlesbrough Hartlepool and Darlington.  The main road links include the A1/A1M to the south towards Leeds and the A1 and A68 towards Edinburgh. To the west the A69 connects to Carlisle and the M6 to the south and Manchester and the A74M north towards Glasgow.

Newcastle has its own airport offering flights to the UK and Europe and is also on a busy mainline between London and Edinburgh. Regular departures also depart for Glasgow, Carlisle and Plymouth offering Rail links to the whole of the UK.
