Demon Wheelers is a fast growing company and head of the Wildfire Brands, who are looking for motivated individuals to join our ever expanding team. Sales & Events Co-ordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a vibrant, motivated and competitive sales and events team. We are looking for a dedicated, passionate individual who is not scared to take on a challenge. The successful individual must be a team player, have exceptional communication skills and be very well organised.

Duties will include

  • Preparing paper work for events to include event packs, travel documents and other relevant documentation
  • Working with event managers to liaise with clients and venue
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries
  • Sourcing venues and other products when necessary
  • Liaising with relevant suppliers for different events
  • Checking availability at relevant venues
  • Take bookings through our internal system.
  • Completing online reporting using in-house systems

Ideal Candidates

  • Must have a passion for events and customer service.
  • Excellent customer service & organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bubbly and friendly telephone manner
  • Calmness under pressure
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Professional email correspondence
  • Motivation and ability to hit and exceed targets

Skill set Required

Candidates should have a real passion for events and be eager to maintain the high standards already in place for our customers. We need people with a strong work ethic and an ambitious nature to keep up with the growth of the company. A vibrant personality and good sense of humour are an advantage when working in a busy office.

Applicants should have a strong IT proficiency as we use a number of systems to support our sales activity. They should also be highly organised and confident on the phone. Applicants should have a C grade or equivalent in Maths and English GCSE

Previous sales or events roles would be an advantage but are not a necessity.

Warehouse and Logistics Co-Ordinator

This is an ideal chance to gain entry into the exciting life of events and see what happens behind the scenes. We are looking for a motivated, organised and ambitious individual to join the team in the pre and post event work. Applicants must have excellent time keeping, a hard working manner, be organised and ready to multi task on many occasion.

Duties will include

  • Loading and Unloading Vans
  • Assisting the mechanic with motorised maintenance
  • Maintenance of team building equipment
  • Production of new games and activities
  • Liaising with Logisitics manager on different tasks
  • Maintaining cleanliness of equipment
  • Refurbishment of props and games
  • Organisation of warehouse
  • Completing kit lists for event managers
  • Liaising with event managers to ensure vehicles loaded correctly
  • Keeping warehouse clean and tidy

Ideal Candidates

Must have a hard working attitude and an ability to work on their own.

Skill set Required

Candidates should have a strong work ethic and a will to succeed. We need people with a strong work ethic and an ambitious nature to keep up with the growth of the company. A vibrant personality and good sense of humour are an advantage when working in a busy warehouse with multiple employees coming in and out each day.

Be highly organised and able to take the lead on logistics

Previous warehouse/logistics roles would be an advantage but are not a necessity.

Event Staff

Looking for a fun job that is flexible and allows you to enjoy all the amazing activities that we have while travelling to some fantastic venues….. Well we have the perfect answer, become part of our events team. We are always looking for more people to join our vibrant brand.

Our events range from Casino Evenings to the Crystal Collection, Hovercraft Driving to It’s A Knockout. We travel all over Europe and beyond to provide events for a wide variety of clients. Work hours are variable and can be a day, a week or even for 2 weeks at a time. Full training is provided by our experienced team so all you will need is an energetic personality, a hard work ethic, ability to work in a team, enthusiastic nature and excellent communication skills.
