BGL Group – Multi Activity Day at Yorkshire Wildlife Park November 2018


Wildfire organised a fully managed event, including facilitation of the day, the sessions and design work for the activities. The three activities were a Tablet Treasure Hunt, Masterpiece Challenge, and Animal Experience Feedback Sessions.

Demon Wheelers provided a range of specific activities from Archery, Rodeo Bull, Inflatable Horse Racing, bespoke treasure hunts, and Laser Tag. As well as these, our fabulous Fun Day activities such as the Giant Slide, Giant Bouncy Castle, Soft Play Area and Crazy Golf.

pladis R&D Conference - Center Parcs Woburn Forest - May 2017


Wildfire proposed a number of venues, ranging from Mercedes Benz World to the Royal Holloway Windsor. The client decided upon Center Parcs Woburn Forest for the space and the atmosphere of the venue – who doesn’t love being in the outdoors! For accommodation, the clients were housed in the cabins, and we took over The Venue for the 3 days. 

Our services included full management of the client and venue, from organising the rooming lists, to the catering requirements, and day to day aspects of the event.

Red Bull Crystal Collection – September 2017



Our Crystal Collection event ticks all of the boxes. It is a fully integrated team building event that features a range of physical, skill and mental challenges which appeals to all different types of people in the group. With one of the largest inflatable domes in the country, as well as including our inflatable Castle Wall, the event was instantly visual and got the teams fired up. The aim of the event is to win as many crystals as possible, as the more crystals means the more time in the dome!

Yorkshire Wildlife Park – CEO’s 40th – 16th July 2016



When you think of the plains of Africa, you think of stunning landscapes, sun beaten grasslands that are home to some of the most beautiful and exotic creatures on the planet. The old tribes of Africa have passed customs and music down through the generations, rarely writing it down but relying solely on the sharing of rhythms, dance and tonal instruments.
